Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how Sellout Media Holdings Inc. handles personal information through the Sellout Media website and its enquiry form.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Sellout Media Holdings Inc. operates this website and is responsible for the information it collects for the purposes described here. Our mailing address is 1111B S Governors Ave # 40545, Dover, DE 19904, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@selloutmedia.com.
2. Information collected
- Enquiries: your first and last name, email address, message, submission time and the website page from which you submitted the form. Any company, phone or other details you include in your message are also part of your enquiry.
- Technical information: hosting and security services process information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser or device information to deliver and protect the website. IP addresses are used to limit abusive form requests.
- Correspondence: information you provide in subsequent communications about your enquiry or a potential engagement.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the form.
3. How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss requested services and manage related correspondence. Technical information helps operate the website, identify delivery failures and prevent spam or abuse. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining website security, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for a particular activity, it must be obtained for that activity and may be withdrawn.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The website uses the following providers for specific functions:
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website and processes requests through the form backend and security controls. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Web3Forms: processes form submissions and delivers enquiry emails, using its infrastructure and anti-spam providers. See Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy.
- Google / Gmail: stores and processes the enquiry emails delivered to our designated inbox and related email correspondence. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- YouTube: provides embedded video. When an embed loads or you interact with it, Google may receive technical and interaction information. Google’s policy linked above explains its processing.
- Stripe: processes payment and transaction information when you follow a checkout link. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not this website’s enquiry form. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate abuse or respond to lawful requests. This policy covers the website; any additional processing required for a client engagement should be addressed in the relevant agreement or notice.
5. Cookies and tracking
This version of the website does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or advertising-retargeting scripts. The site’s own contact-form code does not use cookies or browser storage to remember your form entries. Hosting security services and third-party content may use cookies or similar technologies for their functions. YouTube embeds and linked Stripe checkout have their own practices, described in their policies. Your browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect third-party functionality.
6. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal, recordkeeping or dispute-resolution needs. The appropriate period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a client engagement and any obligations affecting the records.
Providers have separate retention arrangements. Web3Forms currently states that form submissions are retained for a maximum of three years, subject to earlier deletion or a shorter period for a particular plan. Copies delivered to our email inbox are separate from that provider’s submission history. Contact us to request deletion; we will consider the request and explain any lawful reason that requires continued retention.
7. International processing and security
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where their infrastructure operates. Applicable data-transfer requirements and provider arrangements must be considered when information is transferred across borders.
The website uses HTTPS, server-side email credentials, input validation and abuse-prevention controls. These measures reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some rights are subject to exceptions. You may also be entitled to complain to your local privacy regulator.
Send requests to hello@selloutmedia.com or the mailing address above. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity before acting, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can choose not to use the form; without contact details, we may be unable to respond to an enquiry.
9. Children
This website is intended for business audiences, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through it, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the website or its processing changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
